镍基催化剂在食用油脂氢化中性能研究
Study on the Properties of Catalysts for Edible Oils Hydrogenation Based on Different Supporter Containing Nickel
【摘要】 改进高压反应釜取样装置,用浸渍法制备负载在不同载体(硅藻土、活性炭、分子筛、凹凸棒土) 上镍基催化剂用于食用油脂加氢,并测得油脂在不同反应时间碘价、折光指数、熔点数据,分析比较其催 化活性,其中以凹凸棒土为载体镍基催化剂综合性能较好。
【Abstract】 Reactive still of high pressure is improved. The activity of hydrogenate catalyst with different supporters (diatomite, active-carbon, zeolite, attapulgite) are compared. The iodine value, diopter index, melting point of edible oils are researched. The property of catalyst based on attapulgite is very excellent.
