大米黄酒糟固态发酵生产优质酵母蛋白质饲料及其应用研究
On Production and Application of Yeast Protein Feed Produced from Rice Wine Distillers’ Grains by Solid-State Fermentation
【摘要】 对大米黄酒糟固态发酵生产优质酵母蛋白质饲料的生产工艺进行了优化,并对产品质量进行检测和质量评定,表明该产品具有良好的应用价值和广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The technology for production of yeast protein feed from rice wine distiller’ grains by solid-state fermentation was optimized.The product quality was analyzed and evaluated.The results showed that this product has a good application value and a wide application prospect.
