蜂花粉对肉仔鸡脾发育的影响

【摘要】 试验取 14 4羽 1日龄的AA鸡 ,随机分成 2组 ,即对照组与试验组 ,每组 72羽 ,各组又分成两个重复 ,每个重复 36羽。对照组的鸡饲喂基础日粮 ,试验组添加 1.5 %蜂花粉。每周每组取鸡 6只 ,解剖取脾称重并制作切片。结果表明 ,蜂花粉可促进脾的生长发育 ,添加 1.5 %蜂花粉试验组免疫器官的平均质量和相对质量都明显高于对照组 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;试验鸡脾的白髓较发达 ,脾小结体积大 ,生发中心明显 ,动脉周围淋巴鞘增厚 ,淋巴细胞密集

【Abstract】 one-day AA broilers were randomly divided into 2 groups, i.e. control group and test group, 72 broilers for each group, each group was divided into 2 duplications and each duplication had 36 broilers. The broilers in the control group were fed on basal diet, while the broilers in the test group were fed on the basal diet with added 1.5% bee pollen. 6 broilers in each group were dissected each week to get their spleens weighted and sectioned. The results showed that the bee pollen could promote the growth and development of spleen, the averaged weight and relative weight of immune organ of broilers in the test group with added 1.5% bee pollen were clearly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05); broilers in the test group had a spleen with more developed white pulp, bigger volume of splenic nodule, clearer germinal center, thicker lymph sheath around artery and denser lymphocyte.
