【摘要】 目的探讨青岛地区女性性服务者单纯生殖器疱疹病毒(HSV)与HBV、HCV、HIV、梅毒交叉感染的流行病学特征。方法对456例青岛地区女性性服务者的血清采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、梅毒抗体和型单纯疱疹病毒(HSV)抗体(IgG)。结果性服务者HBsAg、抗-HCV、抗-HIV、梅毒抗体和HSV抗体(IgG)的阳性率分别为8.55%、0.65%、0.44%、10.53%和32.46%,交叉感染率达7.92%。结论青岛地区女性性服务者HBsAg、HCV、HIV、梅毒及HSV的感染率较高,应引起社会和医疗卫生单位的关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the cross infectious epidemiology of HBV,HCV,HIV,Syphilis and HSVⅡin female sexual servers in Qingdao. Methods Serological markers of HBV,anti-HCV,anti-HIV,anti-Syphilis and anti-HSVⅡwere measured by ELISA in 456 female sexual servers.Results The positive rates of HBV, anti-HCV,anti-HIV, anti-Syphilis and anti-HSVⅡwere 8.55%,0.65%,0.44%,10.53% and 32.46% respectively. The cross infectious rate was 7.92%.Conclusion The infectious rates of HBV, HCV, HIV, Syphilis and HSVⅡin female sexual servers were higher than that of normal population (volunteer blood donors) in Qingdao area.
