对职业技术教育的几点思考
Thinking on the vocational education
【摘要】 当前职业技术教育教师的教育意识淡薄,师资能力和素质较低,教学方法和手段相对落后。针对这一现状,应加强教师对职业技术教育工作的必要性和重要性的认识,加强职业道德教育,强化教师队伍的调整、培养与提高。
【Abstract】 This paper discusses the problems existing the vocational education, and produces the related countermeasures.
