【Abstract】 The process features and main equipment of Daye Non-ferrous Metal Company’ s 270 kt/a copper metallurgical acid plant, Henan Yuguang Cold and Lead Company’ s 65 kt/a lead metallurgical acid plant and 160 kt/a zinc metallurgical acid plant, Zhuzhou Smelter’ s 68 kt/a lead metallurgical acid plant and Jinchuan Company ’ s 660 kt/a nickel metallurgical acid plant, all designed by China Non-ferrous Metal Engineering Design and Research General Institute (CNMEDRGI), are introduced. The differences between domestic large-scale equipment and catalyst and imports are analyzed. It is suggested that the enterprise should chose the domestic or imported equipment and catalyst according to cost-efficiency, environmental protection and production stability, on the basis of their own actual condition.更多还原
