【摘要】 食品安全、农产品安全问题正在越来越多地引起全球的关注。农产品安全性不仅关系国计民生 ,而且在当前的农产品出口贸易中愈显重要。只有加强农产品安全的基础研究 (如快速检测、质量安全控制等方面 ) ,才能适应国内国际的新发展。本文首先对农产品的质量安全现状进行了简述 ,然后从农产品的天然毒素、农药残留和储藏品质检测等几方面对农产品的安全快速检测新技术作了介绍 ,并进行了讨论。最后对农产品质量控制体系的建立和健全作了阐述。更多还原

【Abstract】 The globe pays more and more attention to the safety of agricultural products and food products.The safety of agricultural products,is not only importantto the national economy and the people’s livelihood,but also to agricultural products external sales.In this paper,the present conditions about quality-safety of agricultural products was introduced in brief.The rapid determination of natural toxin in agricultural products,pesticides residue and storage quality were discussed.Finally,the establishment and perfection of the quality control system on agricultural products was also stated.更多还原
