【摘要】 目的　探讨α- 连接素(α- catenin,α- cat)和β- 连接素(β -catenin,β- cat)在宫颈癌中的表达及与生物学行为的关系。方 法　应用免疫组化S P法检测α cat和β cat在41例子宫颈癌和10例正常子宫颈组织中的表达。结果　α- cat和β- cat在宫颈 癌异常表达分别为68.3%和41.5%,α -cat的异常表达与宫颈癌的分化程度、有无淋巴结转移和肌层浸润相关(P<0.01,P< 0.05,P<0.05)。β- cat异常表达率在有淋巴结转移组高于无淋巴结转移组(P<0.01),α- cat和β -cat与宫颈癌的病理类型、 细胞增殖程度、临床分期以及患者年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论　宫颈癌广泛存在α- cat和β -cat异常表达。α- cat,β- cat与宫 颈癌的分化和浸润转移密切相关,检测α- cat和β- cat联合表达可以更精确而灵敏地预测宫颈癌的浸润与转移。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose To investigate the coexpression of α-catenin (α-cat),β-catenin (β-cat) in human cervical cancer and its relationship with the biological behaviors. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used in 41 cases of cervical cancer and 10 normal cervical samples to detect the expression of α-cat and β-cat. Results The abnormal expression rates of α-cat and β-cat in the tissues of cervical cancer were 68.3% and 41.5%,respectively. The rate of abnormal α-cat in cervical cancer was correlated with tumor differentiation status,lymph node metastasis and the depth of cancer invasion (P<0.01,P<0.05,P<0.05). The expression rates of abnormal β-cat was higher in tumors with lymph node metastasis than those in tumors without lymph node metastasis (P<0.01). There were no significant differences between α-cat,β-cat and histological type,hyperplasis,FIGO stage and patients age in human cervical cancer (P>0.05). Conclusions Abnormal expression of α-cat and β-cat occurs frequently in cervical cancer. The expression of α-cat and β-cat is closely associated with differentiation,metastasis and invasion. Detection of the coexpression may be more accurate and sensitive at predicting invasion and metastasis of cervical cancer.更多还原
