【Abstract】 A harmonious society must be based on the basic element---persons and carry out the policy of equal opportunity so as to form a mechanism which has the ability to solve various collisions automatically. In the process of further reform of So- cialism Market Economy, we must not only fully exert market’s high efficiency, but also attach importance to system construction. Only through system construction and innovation, can we solve defects of the system and have an adequate and balanced arrange- ment with an aim to build up a balanced profit mechanism and normal social expression mechanism.
