采用含B2O3防氧化涂料提高MgO-C砖抗LF粉化渣侵蚀的研究

【摘要】 提高LF炉渣线部位MgO-C砖使用寿命的关键在于防止LF渣粉化并在MgO-C砖表面形成挂渣层。本试验采用静态坩埚法研究了含B2O3的防氧化涂料对MgO-C砖抗LF粉化渣侵蚀的影响,并与未喷涂防氧化涂料的MgO-C砖进行了对比试验。结果表明:防氧化涂料中的部分B2O3溶入渣中,增加了渣的粘度,并与渣中的α’-C2S形成固溶体,有效地抑制了LF渣的粉化,并在MgO-C砖上形成挂渣保护层,因而提高了LF炉渣线部位MgO-C砖的抗LF粉化渣侵蚀的能力。

【Abstract】 The key to improve service life of MgO-C brick for slag line of LF furnace is to prevent LF slag from becoming powder and to form a protecting layer covered with LF slag for the brick.The test studied the effect of B2O3-containing anti-oxidation coating on erosion resistance of MgO-C bricks to LF dusty slag by using static crucible method,and the comparison test was also made with MgO-C bricks without spraying anti-oxidation coating.The results show that the erosion resistance of MgO-C brick is improved because:1) B2O3 of anti-oxidation coating dissolves into LF slag resulting in the increase of viscosity of LF slag;2)partial B2O3 can form solid solution with α’-C2S of LF slag which effectively restrains LF slag becoming powder,and also it helps forming a protecting layer covered with LF slag for the brick.
