LF渣粉化原因及其对渣线MgO-C砖的损毁

【摘要】 采用XRD和化学分析等方法对LF渣的粉化原因及其对渣线用MgO-C砖的损毁进行了研究。结果表明:LF渣粉化的原因与其碱度(CaO与SiO2的质量比 )及C2S的数量无关,而在于α′ C2S是否转变为γ C2S(伴随 12%的体积膨胀);LF渣粉化后,在镁碳砖工作面上不仅不能形成具有保护作用的挂渣层,而且导致工作面松散、掉块,因此造成砖的损毁加剧。

【Abstract】 The pulverizing reason of LF slag and the wear mechanism of MgO-C bricks used in slag line of LF furnace were studied by XRD and chemical analysis.The results show that the pulverization of LF slag has nothing to do with CaO/SiO2 mass ratio and C2S content of the slag,but it was influenced by whether α′-C2S transformed into γ-C2S (with volume expansion of 12%) or not. After the slag pulverized,the slag layer with protection effect can’t form on the working surface of MgO-C brick resulting in the loosening and peeling off and therefore accelerating the wear of MgO-C brick.
