【摘要】 目的:探讨化瘀破癥胶囊对肿瘤化疗毒副作用的影响。方法:以小鼠移植性Lewis肺癌为模型,分别观察化瘀破癥胶囊对顺铂(DDP)和环磷酰胺(Cy)所致荷瘤鼠体重以及Cy所致骨髓有桉细胞数下降的变化,并以参莲胶囊为对照。结果:化瘀破癥胶囊能显著增加DDP和Cy所致荷瘤鼠下降的体重,以及Cy所致下降的骨髓有核细胞数(P<0.01),且与参莲胶囊无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:表明化瘀破癥胶囊对动物移植性肺癌化疗所致骨髓抑制和体重下降有保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore effect of Huayu Pozheng Capsule (HYPZC) on toxin side-effect of chemotherapy to tumour. Methods: Lewis lung cancer model of transplanted mice were used, change of tumor-bearing mice body weight and bone marrow karyole to cisplatin (DDP)and cyclophosphamide (Cy) of HYPZC were observed respectively, and contrast with Shen Lian Capsule. Results: HYPZC can signifi canthy increase tumor-bearing mice body weight and bone marrow karyote (P<0.01),but which compared with Shen Lian Capsule, hadn’t significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion: Indicated HYPZC had protect effect to bone marrow depression and body weight descent of transplanted lung cancer animals in chemotherapy.更多还原
