【摘要】 目的:观察总结运用中医辨证分型治疗胸部内伤证的临床疗效。方法:根据胸部内伤出现的症状将其分为胸部气滞、心肺瘀阻、气滞血瘀、瘀热壅肺、痰瘀阻肺、气血不足等证型进行辨证论治。结果:治愈171例,好转2 5例,无效0例。结论:认为中医药辨证分型治疗胸部内伤是显效快、治愈率高的方法。并提出胸部损伤,必当犯肺的观点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe clinical effect of TCM treating chest injury through syndrome-differentiating.Methods:According to symptoms of chest injury,six syndroms have been differentiated.Six syndromes refer to Qi-depression in chest,stagnation in heart and lungs,Qi-depression and blood stagnation,stagnation and heat in lungs,phlegm and stagnation in lungs,Qi and bloood defficiency.Results:171 cases were cured,25 cases were improved,0 cases was noneffect.Conclusion:It is the better method to treat chest injury through TCM syndrome-differentiating.And the opinion that chest injury must invade lungs was come up.更多还原
