醒脑通脉胶囊对脑缺血再灌注损伤神经细胞凋亡的影响

【摘要】 目的 :观察醒脑通脉胶囊对大鼠脑缺血再灌注损伤神经细胞凋亡的影响 ,探讨其神经保护作用机制。方法 :采用双侧颈总动脉结扎法建立大鼠脑缺血再灌注模型 ,2 4只大鼠随机分为正常对照组、缺血再灌注模型组、醒脑通脉胶囊组、尼莫地平组 ,每组 6只。采用Hoechst染色法及荧光显微镜观察大脑皮质细胞凋亡情况。结果 :脑缺血再灌注模型组大鼠在脑缺血再灌注 2 4h后大脑皮层神经细胞凋亡百分率升高 (P <0 0 1) ,醒脑通脉胶囊能降低大脑皮质神经细胞百分率 ,与脑缺血再灌注模型组比较 ,差异有显著性 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :醒脑通脉胶囊能减轻脑缺血再灌注后大脑皮质神经细胞凋亡 ,可能是其神经保护作用机制之一

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the effects on nerve cell apoptosis in rats with cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and the nerve protecting mechanism of Xingao Tongmai Capsule.Methods:The rats model was established by bilateral common carotid artery blocking,24 rats were divided randomly into the normal control group,cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group,Cingnao Tongmai Capsule treatmen group,nimodipine treatmen group.hoechst staining was used and the apoptosis of cerbral cortex was observed by fluorescence microscope.Results:The cerbral cortex apoptotic rate was increased significantly in the cerebral ischemia-reperfusion group than those in ghe normal control group after 24 hhours of operation (P<0.01),Xingnao Tongmai Capsule could lower the cerbral cortex apoptotic rate significantly,cimpared with those in the cerbral ischemia-reperfusion group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Xingnao Tongmai Capsule treatme-reperfusion injury,that would be one of the nerve protecting mechanism.
