【摘要】 目的 :建立用反相高效液相色谱 (RP -HPLC)测定山庄降脂微丸中大黄酚含量测定的方法。方法 :采用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱 ,流动相为甲醇 -0 1%磷酸溶液 ( 90 :10 ) ;检测波长为 2 5 4nm。结果 :在 0 0 88～ 0 44 μg范围内呈良好的线性关系 ;平均回收率为 97 44 % ,RSD =1 40 %。结论 :该方法不仅操作简便、准确 ,而且重现性好 ,可用于山庄降脂微丸的质量控制更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study a RP-HPLC method that determined the chrysophanol content in Shanzhuangjiangzhi Weiwan.Methods:Chrysophanol was separated completely on an C 18 column,using a mixture of methanol and 0.1%phosphoric acid(90∶10) as mobile phase,with UV detection at 254nm.Results:Chrysophanol has better linear correlation between 0.088μg and 0.44μg.the results also have shown the recovery rate was 97.44%,RSD1.40%.Conclusion:The method is very stable and accurate,and has good reappearance.It can be used for quality control of Shanzhuangjiangzhi Weiwan.更多还原
