【摘要】 目的分析总结58例Ⅲ期肺癌的外科治疗经验。方法结合文献总结58例Ⅲ期肺癌的手术资料,并于患者出院后随访,观察起点为出院日期,终点为死亡日期。结果术后并发症4例占6.9%;手术后1个月内死亡1例,死亡原因是术后早期循环呼吸衰竭,手术死亡率为1.7%。全组随访57例,探查术7例均在术后1年内死亡。其余50例行肺切除术及淋巴结清扫的患者随访时间为1~8年,1、3、5年生存率分别为82%(41/50)、47.4%(18/38)、29.4%(5/17)。结论Ⅲ期肺癌病例中有相当部分通过手术为主的综合治疗也可获得较好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To generalize the surgical experience of the treatment of 58 patients with stage Ⅲ lung cancer. Method To analyze clinical and follow-up data of 58 Ⅲlung cancer patients and review previous published papers .The follow up was from the dischargement to the death of the patients .Results 4 patients had complication and the morbidity was 6.9% .One patient was dead a month after operation and the reason was respiratory and circulatory failure .The mortality of operation was 1.7% .57 patients underwent follow up.7 patients of exploring operation were dead one year after surgery and 50 patients received lobectomy and clearance of lymph nodes were followed up from one to eight years .The survival rate of 1 year ,3 years and 5 years was 82%(41/50),47.7%(18/38) and 29.4%(5/17) ,respectively .Conclusion Better therapeutic effects could be achieved by surgery in many patients with stage Ⅲ lung cancer .更多还原
