【摘要】 目的研究减重步行训练对脑卒中偏瘫下肢运动功能的影响。方法选择脑卒中偏瘫患者45例分为对照组和治疗组,分别以全部体重负荷下训练和减重训练,经过8周的训练分别给予躯干平衡评定-Sheikh、运动指数评定-RMI评定、痉挛的Ashworth评定。结果治疗组比对照组的积分明显升高。说明减重训练提高了脑卒中后偏瘫患者的步行能力及平衡功能,减轻痉挛。结论减重训练配合康复治疗比传统单一不连续的康复训练有更好的恢复效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To examine the influence of weight loss to movement function of paralysis lower extremity in humans of stroke.Methods We selected 45 stroke paitiens of paralysis,Some was treatment group with weight loss,Others was control group without weight loss.Outcome was assessed at 8 weeks with sheikh,RMI and ashworth.Results Treatment groups scopes increased to control groups.This study indicated that training of weight loss improved the function of movement and balance;diminished spasm.Conclusions Training of weight loss adding rehabilitation had better recovery effect than only incontinuous training of rehabilitation.更多还原
