【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法进行四环素类抗生素药物残留量的测定。样品经提取,微孔滤膜过滤,超声波排气,反相色谱分离。色谱柱为AgilentExtend-C18(150×4.6nm,5umi.d)柱,以乙腈-磷酸二氢钠(体积比69∶31)为流动相,紫外检测器检测波长为355nm,以0.8ml/min的流速,采用内加法[1]测定了25个鸡肝样品中土霉素、四环素、金霉素的残留量。测定结果土霉素、四环素、金霉素残留平均值分别为40.7、28.04、71.5μg/kg(n=25)。实验结果表明:16%的样品中有残留,其中土霉素超标占残留样中的25%、金霉素超标占残留样中的50%,四环素未测出超标。更多还原

【Abstract】 A method for the determination of tetracyclines residues in animal food by RP-HPLC..The samples were separated with reversed phase chromatography after soaked,filtered with the way of Millipore filter ,and eliminated the gas with the way of supersonic wave. In the reversed phase chromatography , TCs were successfully separate on Agilent Extend-C18 column(150×4.6nm,5um i.d).using acetoitrile-NaH2PO4.2H2O (31:69 volume ratio)as mobile phase at a flow rate of 0.8 ml/min and detected at 355 nm.In this experiment 25 pieces of livers of poultry were measured with the standard added method. The results were as follows:The percentage of OTC was 40.7μg/kg , the percentage of TC was 28.04 μg/kg and the percentage of CTC was 71.5 μg/kg(n=25) . It can be seen from the results, there was antibiotic in 16% of the samples, of OTC was higher than the lawed-level.and 50% of the samples whose percentage of CTC was higher than the lawed-level ,but,all samples whose percentage of TC wasn’t higher than the lawed-level.更多还原
