【摘要】 目的探讨经腹壁及腔内超声联合诊断输尿管疾病的价值。方法2002年9月～2005年5月,经腹壁对80例输尿管疾病患者进行检查,其中18例联合应用腔内超声检查。结果在本组80例中,诊断为输尿管结石70例,输尿管囊肿4例,输尿管内血块3例,输尿管狭窄2例,输尿管末端肿瘤1例,诊断符合率为100%。结论经腹壁超声检查法与腔内超声检查法均有其局限性。但是,二者结合使用可提高输尿管疾病诊断的准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of trans-abdominal wall ultrasono-graphy and combined with intracavitary ultrasonography for ureteropathy.Methods 80 cases with urcteropathy were examined by transabdominal wall ultrasonography.Among them,18 cases were examined by combined with intracavitary ultrasonography.Results In this group,70 cases were dragnosed as ureter stone,4 cases as ureter cyst.3 cases as ureter clot,2 cases as ureter stenosis and 1 case as terminal ureter tumor.The diagnostic accordance rate was 100%.Conclusions The trans- ahdominal wall ultrosonography and intracavitary ultrasonography have a limitation respectively.But both combined can improve diagnostic accuracy rate for ureteropathy.更多还原
