【摘要】 目的探讨1期手术治疗肛周脓肿的方法。方法对我院自2000年2月至2005年2月收治106例肛周脓肿经行1期切开、开窗引流、高位挂线术治疗的病人进行回顾性分析。结果所有病例中102例治愈,4例形成肛瘘需再次手术,术后痊愈出院,治愈率为96%。结论1期切开、开窗引流、高位挂线术能减少病人痛苦、缩短疗程、疗效好、值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the operative theraputic method of perianal abscess in one stage.Methods From February 2000 to February 2005,the clinical data of 106 patients with peri-anal abscess treated by incision,fenestration drainage and high thread-drawing in one stage were analyzed retrospectively.Results In the total of 106 cases,102 cases were cured in the surgical clinic.The cure rate was 96%.4 cases with formation of anal fistula which admission was needed for reoperation,and they were cured to discharge from hospital after operation.Conclusion Incision,fenestration drainage and thread-drawing of one stage can reduce the patient’s pain,shorten the therapeutic course and have a good efficacy.更多还原
