【摘要】 目的探讨直肠癌前切除嵌入式吻合术在预防吻合漏和提高患者生活质量的作用。方法自2001年3月至2004年6月,对本组31例直肠癌患者施行直肠前切除嵌入式吻合术进行回顾性分析。按Dixon术的要求,根治切除肿瘤后,环形剪除直肠残端粘膜1～1.5cm,将结肠嵌入直肠下段、双平面吻合。结果以此法治疗低位直肠癌患者31例,术后恢复良好,无1例发生吻合口漏。结论采用结鄄直肠嵌入式吻合这种改良的吻合方法,能有效地预防术后吻合口漏的发生,提高患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of preventing anastomotic leakage and improving the quality of life for anterior resection plus impacted anastomosis of rectal cancer. Methods From March 2001 to June 2004,31 cases received anterior resection plus impacted anastomosis for rectal cancer were analyzed retrospectively.According to the request of Dixon procedure,after radical resection of tumor,the mucose of rectal stump of circular resection was 1 to 1.5cm and the colon was impacted to distal end of rectum. Afterwards the double plane anastomosis were performed.Restults This procedure was used to treat lower rectal cancer in 31 cases.The patient′s recovery was good.No anastomotic leakage was happend in all cases. Coclusion The rectal impacted anastomosis is a modified anastomotic precedure.It can effect to prevent postoperative anastomotic leakage and improve patient′s quality of life.更多还原
