【Abstract】 The analysis was made on the reasons why Chinese men’s hammer throw performance declined with the methods of summarizing the document, mathematical statistics, comprehensive comparing and logical analysis. They came to the conclusion that the main restrict factors affected the raising of Chinese men’s hammer throw performance are body weight increasing, physical fitness decreasing (especially the velocity strength) of the athletes and unreasonable spinning technique.更多还原
