纳米Mg3(PO4)2:Bi3+,Eu3+的发光性能与能量传递
Luminescence Properties and Energy Transfer of Mg3(PO4)2:Bi3+,Eu3+Nanocrystal
【摘要】 采用共沉淀法合成了纳米Mg3(PO4)2∶Bi3+,Eu3+发光粉体.讨论了Mg3(PO4)2∶Bi3+,Eu3+的发光性能及Bi3+→Eu3+的能量传递.发现在Mg3(PO4)2基质中Bi3+对Eu3+存在很强的敏化作用,提高了Eu3+对外界激活能量的吸收,大大增强了5D0→7F1和5D0→7F2的辐射跃迁.同时,Bi3+本身也发出明亮的紫色光.
【Abstract】 Nanosized Mg3(PO4)2∶Bi3+,Eu3+ was prepared by the precipitation method.The energy transfer between the Bi3+and Eu3+was investigated carefully by emission spectra and excitated spectra.The experiment of result shows that Bi3+can sensitize Eu3+ efficiently via improving the absorption of Eu3+ of external activated energy.Thus,the addition of Bi3+ can enhanced the luminescent intensity of Mg3(PO4)2∶Eu3+.
