【Abstract】 During designing a frame-foundation of big boilers, not only the request to take on the weight of the structure should be fulfilled, but also the significance to regard earthquake load as one of main loads should be noticed. Whether merging earthquake action into loads combination or not will lead to two different results.Through a project example to compare two calculational methods, the authors find the large difference between these two results. At the same time, the authors put forward the calculational methods to improve the capability of the frame which resists the earthquake action.更多还原
