【Abstract】 Riboflavin is vitamin B₂,belongs to B series vitamin and electron acceptor character of organic quinines. In this paper, the law of the absorbance and volume’s ratio was found by UV spectra in the different temperature, the same initial molar concentrations of donor and the different the ratio of volume . The temperature was room temperature,25 ℃,30 ℃, 37 ℃, 40 ℃, 45 ℃, 50 ℃ and the ratio volume was 1∶1,2∶1,3∶1 （the first number was donor’s）.更多还原
