基于媒体颗粒流化的半干法烟气脱硫
A Semi-dry FGD Process with Fluidized Coarse Particles
【摘要】 提出了一种基于媒体颗粒流化的半干法烟气脱硫技术。分别以石灰石和消石灰的浆液作脱硫剂 ,研究了Ca/S、ΔT和脱硫剂活性等因素对脱硫效率的影响。结果表明 ,Ca/S越大 ,ΔT越低 ,脱硫效率越高 ;脱硫剂活性的影响也很显著。此外 ,由于床内脱硫剂停留时间长 ,气、液、固三相接触好的特点 ,利用石灰石作脱硫剂的流化床半干法烟气脱硫工艺完全可以达到理想的脱硫效率。
【Abstract】 A Semi-dry FGD process with fluidized coarse particles was brought forward. Limestone and hydrated lime slurry were respectively used as SO 2 sorbent, the influences of the Ca/S , the approach to adiabatic saturation temperature (ΔT ) and the activity of the sorbent upon the desulfurization efficiency had been studied. The experimental results showed that the larger the Ca/S was and the smaller the ΔT was, the higher the SO 2 removal efficiency was; the activity of SO 2 sorbent was very influential, too. The excellent SO 2 removal efficiency of limestone can be achieved for the long residence time of sorbent in reactor and effective contact of the gas, liquid and solid, while it is economic. So the results of the study will give some supplemental information about the more widespread application of the process.
