【Abstract】 This system was such designed that the management of petrol market was much improved. IC card device was designed to fill automatically with petrol oil, which takes vortex street flowmeter and microcomputer as the core. And, the function and characteristics were described in detail, with circuit flow diagram of hardware and software flow diagram presented.
