【Abstract】 Effects of whole plant extracts of opium poppy (Papaver nudicaule ssp. rubroaurantiaum var. Chinensis) on micro-nucleus rate of human peripheral blood lymphocytes are examined using cell culture technology. It shows that all the density groups cause the increase of micro-nucleus rate of human peripheral blood lymphocytes except for the 1 mg and female contrast group.The distinction of dosages is clear between extract density groups and the micro-nucleus rate.Therefore,it is proved that the whole plant extracts of opium poppy has inherited poison to the human peripheral blood lymphocytes.更多还原
