野罂粟全草提取物对人外周血淋巴细胞微核率的影响

【摘要】 采用细胞培养技术,检测罂粟全草提取物对人外周血淋巴细胞微核率的影响,结果显示除1mg组微核率与阴性对照组无差异外,其余各浓度组均能导致人外周血淋巴细胞微核率升高,提取物各浓度组与微核率之间存在着明显的剂量关系,证明野罂粟全草提取物对人外周血淋巴细胞有遗传毒性.

【Abstract】 Effects of whole plant extracts of opium poppy (Papaver nudicaule ssp. rubroaurantiaum var. Chinensis) on micro-nucleus rate of human peripheral blood lymphocytes are examined using cell culture technology. It shows that all the density groups cause the increase of micro-nucleus rate of human peripheral blood lymphocytes except for the 1 mg and female contrast group.The distinction of dosages is clear between extract density groups and the micro-nucleus rate.Therefore,it is proved that the whole plant extracts of opium poppy has inherited poison to the human peripheral blood lymphocytes.
