11,23-二己酰基-26,28-二甲氧基杯[4]芳烃的合成

【摘要】 以26,28-二甲氧基杯[4]芳烃为原料,经Fries重排反应,选择性地合成了杯[4]芳烃酚羟基对位的二酰化产物:11,23-二己酰基-26,28-二甲氧基杯[4]芳烃,收率最高可达58.4%。通过1HNMR对其结构进行了表征,并对其性质进行了初步研究.

【Abstract】 In this paper a novel compound 11,23-dihexanoyl-26,28-dimethoxycalix[4]arene was synthesized selectively from 26,28-dimethoxycalix[4]arene by Fries rearrangement with hexanoyl chloride,and the highest rate of the yield could reach 58.4% .It was confirmed by ~1HNMR,and its properties were preliminarily studied.
