稀散元素硒碲多聚物的单晶及纳米合成与进展
The Synthesis and Advancement of Single Crystal and Nano of Multinary Polymers of the Rare and Scattered Element Se,Te
【摘要】 纵观近十年的国内外文献并结合本组科研实践,综述稀散元素多元多硒碲聚合物的单晶及纳米材料的进展、合成方法及应用,并推荐微波溶剂热法是温和条件下合成无机新材料的有效途径.
【Abstract】 Based on nearly ten-year domestic and overseas literatures and our sc ientific research, we summarize the progress, synthesis methods and applic ations of single crystal and nano of multinary poly-Se and poly-Te,(two of th e R are and Scattered element) polymers. Meanwhile, we find that microwave solvoth ermal technique is the effective road to synthesize new inorganic materials in t he modest condition.
