数理统计在绘制亚硝酸盐氮标准曲线中的应用

【Abstract】 This Paper deals with the method of applying least squares procedure for defining a,b values in standard curve of nitrite nitrogen via the linear regression,as shown in spectrophotometry.By qutting a,b into regression equation for verifying r value,it derives that v calculate=0.9999>v surface=0.878,thus giving obvious correlative coefficient.In addition,discussion has been made below of how to determine sudh a standard curve.更多还原
