【摘要】 技术中性论与技术价值论之争缘于对技术本质的不同理解。技术工具论者片面地把技术理解为单纯的工具、手段,必然得出技术中性论的观点。技术决定论及社会建构论者从社会层面反思技术,得出技术负载价值这一结论也有其逻辑必然性。技术过程论把技术理解为过程的存在,在过程中实现了技术的自然属性与社会属性的统一,因此,成功地消解了技术中性论与技术价值论的矛盾。更多还原

【Abstract】 The different understanding of technological essence is the ground of the discussing on whether technology is vale-neutral or value-laden. Some people consider that technology is tool and means. Based on the premise, they can get nothing but the viewpoint of technological value-neutral. Some people think of the technology from the social angle. So they consider that the technology is value-laden. But, the others consider that the technology is the existence of process .In the process, the natural attribute and the social attribute of technology are unified.
