【Abstract】 Effective management inside banks can not only control risks but also promote stable performance and sustainable development of banks. The investigation of commercial banks in Shandong and Henan has provided these important evidences: (1) the State as the biggest stockholder and the degree of stock concentration are negative related to the performance of banks; and (2) the percentage of outside directors and the function of supervise board are positive related to the performance of banks.更多还原
