桤木采穗圃无性系树体管理试验

【摘要】 通过对桤木无性系采穗圃植株主干定干高度、枝条修剪强度等试验研究表明:无性系植株的嫩枝总芽数与无性系植株定干高度及枝条修剪强度等密切相关。建立桤木无性系采穗圃,无性系植株定干高度以90cm为宜,且无性系枝条宜采用轻短截,这样既可提高无性系植株嫩枝总芽数,又扩大树冠,增强树势,保证采穗圃插穗的高产稳产。

【Abstract】 The effect of stem height planted and branch pruning intensity on the number of browse buds of Alnus cremastogyne Burk clones in scion nursery was tested in this study. The results showed that the total browses buds of clone had close correlation to its stem height and branch pruning intensity. To establish a effective scion nursery of Alnus cremastogyne, the suitable stem height planted would be 90cm, and lighter and shorter pruning should be appropriate method for branch pruning, that might help to increase the total buds of browses, enlarge the tree crown and thus, keep a stable yield of cutting of Alnus cremastogyne.
