【Abstract】 The university enjoys the right to conduct evaluation on the study and morality of the students, however, such right should not be abused. In case that the student does not agree with the evaluation conducted by the university, he may apply for judicial review. This article brings forward to make perfect the judgment mechanism of the evaluation litigation in courts of our country, based on referring to the French experiences.更多还原
