透视高校中年教师运动不足及其与亚健康现象的关联
Perspective:Middle-aged College Teachers are Short of Game in Touch Phenomena of Inferior-healthy
【摘要】 探讨亚健康的内涵,就高校教师亚健康的状况进行概述,分析体育运动与高校教师的关联性,从高校教师对体育的认知,其对体育价值观以及高校教师的体育参与状况三个方面加以论证说明,并提出本人的建议。
【Abstract】 The main body of an article is probing into inferiorhealthy.Analyze the relevance of sports and university teachers.It’s explain from three sides,1.Cognition of sports with university teachers;2.Sports of value composition with them;3.State of participate in sports with them.So the author put forward a proposal on it.
