薄壁筒形件滚珠旋压成形工装设计及实验研究
Design of Tool and Experimental Study with Respect to Ball Spinning Forming of Thin-walled Tubular Parts
【摘要】 介绍了一种灵活实用的滚珠旋压工装设计方法,以LY12铝合金为旋压材料,通过大量的工艺实验,获得了滚珠直径、壁厚减薄率和进给比等工艺参数对薄壁筒形件旋压成形性的影响,为获得理想的旋压件奠定了一定的理论基础。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced the method of designing a flexible and functional ball-spinning tool. With LY12 aluminum as spinning material and on the basis of a great deal of experiment, the impact of process parameters, including ball diameter, reduction rate of wall thickness, and feed ratio on formability of spun parts was analyzed so as to provide a certain theoretical base for the obtaining of desirable spun parts.
