【摘要】 该文概要介绍了SK-2000型综合录井仪改造的基本情况。针对原仪器在软、硬件上存在的不足,进行了全面系统地优化升级,改造后简化了硬件配置,通过联机对实时采集数据的光盘刻录,解决了数据存储量不足及数据因仪器故障丢失的问题。改造后增强了软件的稳定性、弥补了数据采集上的缺陷。从而使仪器的整体功能得到增强。文章还对改造后的应用效果进行了分析,认为通过改造升级,较好地提升了仪器性能,提高了录井资料质量和工作效率,也给资料的有效应用带来了便利。

【Abstract】 The paper briefly introduced the basic alternation situation for SK-2000 comprehensive mud logging unit. In view of the shortcomings existed in the software and hardware of the old unit, we made optimization and upgrade of them in an all-round and systematic way, after the alternation, the hardware configuration has been simplified. And through on-line CD writing the real-time acquisition data, the system overcomed the problems of insufficient data memory space and data missing due to the instrument fault. The alternation increased the softwareˊs stability and remedied the defects in data acquisition, therefore the whole function of the unit has been enhanced. The paper also made analyses of the applied results, drew a conclusion that the alternation and upgrade made the unit perform satisfactorily, raised mud logging data quality and working efficiency, and brought convenience to data effective application.
