机械通气治疗开胸术后急性呼吸衰竭

【摘要】 目的总结机械通气治疗开胸术后急性呼吸衰竭的经验。方法开胸术后并发急性呼吸衰竭21例,给予机械通气治疗,同时治疗原发疾病,采用抗生素和营养支持。结果治愈16例,死亡5例。结论开胸术后并发急性呼吸衰竭,应及时机械通气治疗,并积极治疗原发疾病,采用有效抗生素和营养支持。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the value of the Mechanical Ventilation in treating acute respiratory failure after thoracotomy. Methods 21 patients with acute respiratory failure after thoracotomy were treated by mechanical ventilation, simultaneously treatment for primary diseases by antibiotics and nutrition support. Results 16 cases were cured and 5 cases died. Conclusion Post-thoracotomic acute respiratory failure should be treated with mechanicalventilation, and simultaneously treatment for primary diseasesby antibiotics and nutrition support.更多还原
