耳廓再造术及并发症预防

【摘要】 目的探讨耳再造术及其并发症的预防和处理方法。方法对近7年来31例以自体肋软骨及MEDPOR作为支架的再造耳进行并发症分析,并提出预防及处理方法。结果31例耳再造术,成功完成29例。结论要再造一个外形较为完美的外耳,并发症的预防,是不可忽视的一个重要方面。

【Abstract】 Objective To study prevention and treatment for complications of auricle reconstruction. Methods The prevention and treatment for the complications of 31 cases of auricle reconstruction Using Medpor material and autogenous rib cartilage grafts were analyzed in last 7 years. Results Twenty-nine cases were reconstructed successfully in 31 cases. Conclusion It is important for auricle reconstruction to prevent and treat complications.
