【摘要】 目的探讨腹腔镜下肾上腺嗜铬细胞瘤切除术的麻醉及其处理措施。方法对12例嗜铬细胞瘤切除术患者,完善麻醉前准备和术前用药,选择合适麻醉方法(采用气管内插管静吸复合麻醉加硬膜外阻滞),加强术中监测和及时处理心律失常及高血压的危象。结果肿瘤切除后无1例应用α-受体兴奋药去甲肾上腺素,术中出血量明显减少,血液动力学维持平稳;术毕麻醉苏醒迅速。结论该类手术麻醉成功关键在于做好麻醉前准备、术中有效控制血压和防治心律失常以及选择适当的麻醉方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the anesthetic management and the effective measures of adrenal pheochromocytoma resection in laparoscope. Methods 12 patients of adrenal pheochromocytoma resection were consummated by the preanesthetic preparation and preoperative drug. The suitable anesthetic way ( endotracheal intubation intravenous - inhalation plus epidural anesthesia ) were selected. Meanwhile the monitoring of the operation and immediate treatment of cardiac arrhythmia and hypertension should be strengthened. Results After the adrenal pheochromocytoma resection, none of the patients was accepted with (alpha) - adrenoceptor. It reduced bleeding obviously during the operation and hemodynamics maintain steady. After operation , patients awake quickly. Conclusion The key of successful anesthesia is to make good anesthetic preparation, to control blood pressure in operation efficiently, to prevent and cure the arrhythmia and select suitable anesthetic.更多还原
