血红素氧合酶 一氧化碳体系与肺心病肺动脉高压的关系
【摘要】 目的 通过观察肺心病肺动脉高压患者血液中的HbCO含量和HO -1的活性 ,以探讨肺动脉高压与HO -1及CO的相关性。方法 对照组及肺心病组各 2 0例 ,用超声估测肺动脉压力 ,并作血液HbCO与HO -1含量检测。 结果 肺心病患者的肺动脉压力为( 4 9.3 5± 12 .0 2 )mmHg ,2组的HO -1的平均吸光度分别为 ( 0 .0 49± 0 .0 12 4)和 ( 0 .115± 0 .0 460 ) ,P <0 .0 0 1;HbCO的浓度分别为 ( 1.2 11%±0 .477% )和 ( 4 .2 69%± 1.3 17% ) ,P <0 .0 1;HO -1平均吸光度、HbCO浓度与肺动脉压呈正相关 ,r分别为 0 .90 3和 0 .918。 结论 人体在长期慢性缺氧导致肺动脉高压时其HO -1及CO含量均明显增高 ,且HO -1、CO含量与肺动脉高压呈正相关。表明人体在缺氧时同样存在CO/HO -1体系代偿性增加 ,可能参与了机体对缺氧性肺血管重建的自身调节
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation of HO-1 with CO by observation of blood HbCO and HO-1 in patients with pulmonary heart disease(PHD) and pulmonary hypertension. Methods Pulmonary artery pressure(PAP) was tested by ultrasound and blood HbCO and HO-1 were detected in all 20 PHD patients and 20 healthy controls. Results The PAP of PHD patients was 49.35±12.02mmHg, the levels of HbCO(0.115± 0.0460) and HO-1(1.211%±0.477%) in PHD patients were significantly higher than those of controls(0.049±0.0124 and 4.269%±1.317% respectively, P<0.01). Blood HO-1 and HbCO were positive correlative with PAP(r were 0.903和0.918 respectively). Conclusion Blood HO-1 and HbCO were obvious increased in long-term chronic hypoxia and the blood HO-1 and HbCO were positive correlative with PAP. All of this manifested the increasement of blood HO-1 and HbCO may take part in the self-regulation of pneumoangiogram restructure in chronic hypoxia.
