【Abstract】 This is the age where there is a large variety information. But if it is not well organized and developed, we can’t make good use of it. Especially in recent years, both the infornation from internet and from the other media are of different ranges. The large quantity of useless information is preventing people from using it. The users find it more and more difficult to do search work when they try to select the archives-information they need.So, it is necessary to improve the organizing system of archives-information. First, it is required to develop the information and then compile secondary information of good quality. Second, it is good to set up the electronic or digit databases with the achieves’ its own characteristics. This will gurantee the information resource for normal communication.
