X70管线钢断裂韧度的测试分析

【摘要】采用阻力曲线法测定了X70管线钢的断裂韧度。结果表明,X70管线钢的相对屈服强度较低,而韧性极高,抗撕裂能力很好;JR阻力曲线法不适用于X70管线钢;采用不同标准对试验数据进行处理,结果相差较大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Fracture toughness of X70 pipeline steel was tested with the method of resistance curve of energy value J. The results showed the method of energy value J was unsuitable to X70 pipeline steel, due to the lower relative yield strength,high toughness and better ability to resist cracking.
