钼蓝光度法测定蔗糖的研究

【摘要】 试验中发现,在0.27 mol.L-1硫酸介质中,钼酸铵与蔗糖发生显色反应生成钼蓝,所生成的钼蓝最大吸收波长在700 nm,蔗糖溶液在0.15~19.07 mg.L-1服从比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数为1.35×104L.mol-1.cm-1。方法的选择性良好,用于甘蔗汁样品的测定,结果的RSD在0.53%~0.66%之间,相应于测定的蔗糖浓度范围为119~157 g.L-1,回收率在97.9%~102.4%。

【Abstract】 In an acidic medium of 0.27 mol·L-1 H2SO4,molybdate is reduced by fructose,which is produced quantitatively by the hydrolysis of sucrose,to form molybdenum blue.The absorbance of molybdenum blue was measured at its wavelength of absorption maxima 700 nm,where beer′s law is kept in the range of 0.15-19.07 mg per L-1 in terms of sucrose,with its molar absorptivity of 1.35×104L·mol-1·cm-1.Results of test for interferences showed that the selectivity of the method was satisfactory for the determination of sucrose.RSD′s found in the determination of sucrose in sugarcane juice samples were in the range of 0.53%0.66% corresponding to the sucrose concentration of 119-157 g·L-1.Recoveries obtained by the standard addition method were in the range from 97.9% to 102.4%.
