在线化学蒸气发生ICP-AES法测定水中痕量碘

【摘要】 建立了抗坏血酸-亚硝酸钠-ICP-AES测定水中痕量碘(I-+IO3-)的方法。采用自制的化学蒸气发生器,通过在线化学蒸气发生技术进样提高了灵敏度,选用183.038nm作为分析线消除了磷的干扰,检出限为4.0μg.L-1,样品加标回收率在90.6%~105.0%之间,RSD(n=6)在8%以内。

【Abstract】 An on-line vapour generation-ICP-AES method for the determination of traces of iodine in water was established. The vapour generation was carried out with an ascobic acid-nitrite system using a home-made generator. Sensitivity was raised by using the on-line chemical vapour generation technique. Analytical line I 183.038 nm was selccted which was free from the spectral interferences of phosphorus. Detection limit of the method was 4.0 μg·L-1 and RSD (n=6) was less than 8%. Recovery obtained were in range of 90.6%105.0%.
