80t转炉托圈温度场测试及热机耦合应力分析

【摘要】 对某公司1号与2号两座80t转炉托圈进行现场温度测试,由测试结果再运用有限单元法对两托圈分别进行温度场模拟并进行三维热机耦合应力分析,研究了托圈水冷、托圈与炉体之间间隙等因素对托圈温度场及应力分布的影响,为转炉托圈的设计与使用提供了数据参考。

【Abstract】 The on-site temperatures of the ring carriages of No.1 and No.2 80t Converters of a specific Company are measured,and then on the basis of the measurements effects of water cooling of the carriage and the gap between the carriage and the furnace stack on the temperature field of the carriage and the stress distribution are studied by modeling the temperature field of the two carriages using the finite element method and by three-dimensional thermal and mechanical coupling stress analysis,thus providing necessary reference data for design and use of the ring carriage of the converter.
