钢液二次精炼中CaO基熔剂脱磷效果的研究
Study on Dephosphorization Effect of CaO-based Flux in Liquid Steel Secondary Refining
【摘要】 在实验室条件下,利用CaO-Fe2O3-CaF2系熔剂进行钢液二次精炼脱磷工艺实验,测定CaO基熔剂添加量以及熔剂中加入SiO2、Al2O3和转炉渣时对钢液脱磷效果的影响关系。结果表明,对于优化组成的CaO基熔剂,通过控制相关脱磷影响参数,仍可得到大于90%的脱磷率,能将钢液w(P)从0.05%降低到0.005%以下。
【Abstract】 In order to determine the effect of quantity of CaO-based flux and addition of SiO2,Al2O3 and converter slag into the flux on the hot metal desulphurization,technological experiments on the hot metal dephosphorization have been carried out under the laboratory conditions in the process of the secondary refining.Results show that over 90% desulphurization rate has been achieved and the phosphor content in the hot metal cut down to less than 0.005 % from 0.05 % by using optimum ingredient of CaO-based flux and properly controlling the parameters closely related to the hot metal desulphurization.
