【Abstract】 China’s urban poverty pressure has been lessened with the implementation of minimum living standard in urban areas;but the rural poverty exists and the gap between urban and rural income widens.The establishment and execution of rural minimum living standard is the key process to narrow the gap,relieve the rural poverty by sharing of the fruits from the economic and social growth,and to build up the harmonious socialist society in China.更多还原
