【摘要】 本文报道了一种快速制备高岭石-二甲基亚砜插层复合物(Kao-DMSO)的新方法。高岭石磨细过200目筛,按比例与二甲基亚砜(DMSO)和水充分混合,常压下100～142℃反应3h,将悬浮物离心沉降分离,用无水乙醇除去高岭石表面吸附的多余的DMSO分子,50℃烘干8h,即制备出插层率达90%以上的Kao-DMSO插层复合物。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is reported that a new kind of fast preparation of kaolinite-dimethyl sulfoxide intercalation compound (Kao-DMSO). Kaolinite was ground to pass 200 mesh sieve, and was reacted by dispersing it thoroughly in the dimethyl sulfoxide solution and heating the dispersion between 100℃ and 142℃ at atmospheric pressure for 3 hours. The suspension was centrifuged and the excess dimethyl sulfoxide adsorbed on the surface of kaolinite was removed from the reaction mixture by rinsing with ethanol . The product was heated at 50℃ for 8 hours, thus the Kao-DMSO was prepared with intercalation ratio of 90%.更多还原
